Oorlahelp hereby assures and promises its Member/Member/Customer that:

It shall protect the details of the types of Personally Identifiable Information or Non-Personally Identifiable Information we collect.

It shall safeguard, in accordance with strict standards of security and confidentiality, any and all information that is provided to Oorlahelp by its Member/Member/Customer.

It shall limit the collection and use of Member/Member/Customer information to the minimum that would be required in order to deliver effective and quality services to its Member/Member/Customers and deliver a truly personalized service experience.

Oorlahelp shall permit only authorized employees/personnel, who are trained in the proper handling of Member/Member/Customer information, to have access to Member/Customer’s information, on a need to know basis.

Oorlahelp will permit only authorized Service Providers and other external organizations like courier companies, who provide support services to have access to Member/Customer’s information, on a need to know basis.

Employees, Services Providers, and/or other external organizations, who violate our confidentiality requirements, will be dealt with in accordance with the contracts governing their respective relationships with Oorlahelp.

When you register with our service or order a service from Oorlahelp, you have the option of receiving e-mails/SMS/WhatsApp messages regarding updates about special offers and new services including any significant upgrades to Oorlahelp or its associated services.

Oorlahelp is also bound to cooperate fully should a situation arise where it is required by law or legal process to provide information about a Member/Customer. Oorlahelp may also share non-personal, non-individual statistical or demographic information in aggregate form with our marketing partners, advertisers or other third-parties for research and advertising purposes.

Oorlahelp will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a Member/Customer’s private communications with Oorlahelp unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Oorlahelp;

Protect and defend the Agreement or property of Oorlahelp; or

Act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its Member/Customer or the public.

Member/Customer acknowledges and agrees that Oorlahelp neither endorses the contents of any Member communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights, Agreement arising there from or any crime facilitated thereby.

Changes in Our Practices

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to make material changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this Privacy Policy and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
